(See their herb-flavored butter recipe; ideally make ahead – keeps up to 5 days refrigerated)
Directions
-
In a zip-close bag, mix all marinade ingredients. Add the ribeye steaks and coat well. Let them marinate at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.
-
Preheat your grill, broiler, or stovetop skillet to medium heat.
-
Remove steaks from the marinade (reserve leftover marinade if you plan to make a sauce). Grill or sear the steaks to your preferred doneness.
-
When done, immediately top each steak with a slice of parsley butter. Let it melt over the hot meat.
-
Serve immediately with roasted vegetables or your favorite side dishes.
Optional Sauce: Simmer the reserved marinade in a saucepan over medium heat until reduced and slightly thickened to serve as a drizzle.
