3 cups quick-cooking oats

1½ cups Rice Krispies 
- 
1 cup dried cranberries 
- 
½ cup ground flaxseed 
- 
1¼ teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided 
- 
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg 
- 
½ cup packed brown sugar 
- 
½ cup light corn syrup 
- 
¼ cup canola oil 
- 
¼ cup honey 
- 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
- 
¼ teaspoon salt 
- 
2 teaspoons sugar 
Directions
- 
In a large bowl, combine oats, Rice Krispies, cranberries, flaxseed, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, canola oil, and honey. Stir and cook until the sugar is fully dissolved. 
- 
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt. 
- 
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and toss to coat evenly. 
- 
Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch square pan coated with cooking spray. 
- 
Mix the remaining ¼ teaspoon cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle over the top.

Let cool completely, then cut into 16 bars.
